Details

Thank you for your interest in the Emotionally Healthy Spirituality (EHS) course! Spiritual maturity and emotional health are inseparable. This eight week course will be a worthwhile investment into the pursuit of both.

Attendance is limited to 35. Participants must be able to commit to at least seven of the eight classes upon registration. If you will miss more than one session, please wait and register for a course in the future.

DATES: Sundays, September 22 through November 10
TIME: 6 - 8 p.m.
LOCATION: Mill City Church Office Space, 2643 Midpoint Dr. Ste. E, Fort Collins, CO 80525
COST: $35 per person (includes materials and light refreshments)

EHS is designed as both a personal and communal experience. Participants will go through the course with a table leader, and a group of 5-7 others. Each session includes both live and video teaching, personal reflection, and group discussion. Course materials include a chapter book, a workbook, and a daily "office" (structured devotional) book.

During the week, participants are encouraged to make intentional space for time with God, and are asked to complete the pre-session reading (one chapter).

The course is also designed to help us slow down and to pay attention to how God is working in our past experiences, our current situation, and our hopes and dreams for the future.

The Emotionally Healthy Discipleship courses (Emotionally Healthy Relationships, Emotionally Healthy Spirituality) were designed by Pete and Geri Scazzero. More information can be found at the website emotionallyhealthy.org.
